My younger brother suggested that the text "online status" could perhaps be replaced by just "status" I could not grasp the reason behind writing online status and making the user info area more complicated.

just change the language file , for a short fix or if stays the same can be changed just by that.

Another simple tweak for the online status is to add a little css to the code so when a user is online, "online" is displayed in green and offline appears in grey.
