| Website and it's for users that need help with web design and stuff like that. The thing is where can I get templates so my users can download them, do you know any websites that offer this, If you are a web designer, I will give credit to your work and your site name but I don't want no copyright on the templates. |

Give http://www.oswd.org/ - http://www.oswd.org/ a try. They are mainly CSS templates, but some are very clean and easy to customize.
Your best bet though would be to just google free templates. A number of premium sites will come up, but some offer free site templates that you can download and use. I don't think however that most of these sites will allow you to download and then offer on your site, but you can post links for your users to visit those sites and download the template themselves. |

I must say, i have gone through these days. But most free templates have come out of no use for me and the end i would end up creating a new template. So I gave up searching for free templates. Because the most i need is a header, footer and body to create a page. then decide how the header and footer should be. where would be the logo and the menu. How will be the copyright text.
