I'd like to block a specific individual from accessing my site. The problem is that the last 3 digits in his IP change, but the rest do not. I need to block his IP address range using the wildcard * but it is not working.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this through IIS?

Hmm...Why don't you block him at the firewall level rather than at the server level? If he is being such a pain, you probably need to prevent him from accessing your network at all. In the firewall you can define a subnet mask which will prevent a range of IP addresses from accessing your firewall.
