I have a scrapbook located here ( http://www.kao1865.org/Scrapbook - http://www.kao1865.org/Scrapbook )

I want to read whether the user is logged into the forum so I can allow or disallow posting of comments about pictures.

Anyone have any ideas or has anyone done something similar?

I figured it out.

I had to change the cookie path that the forum created to be the root of the web site instead of the root of the Forum. This allowed me to read the cookie in my ASP.Net pages.
