Is it possible for moderators to be notified via an automatic email when a post is made that requires approval?

Topic subscriptions only work after a post has been approved, so that doesn't really work for us.

Was this ever addressed? I can't find any answers on it, just the question being asked twice.

I have at least a couple of situations where this feature could be beneficial as the admins aren't expected to visit the forum on a daily basis on their own, but there could be a great deal of member visits, and at least one application would want a low-ladder group to require approval, while the other would primarily be for guest accounts.
