The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.
 
I receive above error whenever I try to create a new post. I suspect tblThread to have some problems. I am using Access database.

This is common with an Access database and means the database is corrupted.

Download the database, open it in MS Access and select the 'Compact and Repair Tool' to fix the database.

I tried compact and receive several times.
 
This is the result and problem is still there:-
 
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while writing to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_save_new_topic_data
File Name:- new_post.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft JET Database Engine
The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

Then I'm afraid it means that the database is corrupted beyond repair.

To prevent such issues you should use the mySQL or SQL Server versions, as Access is only able to handle very light load.
