Hi boRg The mass email program mod was a life saver for me. It was the way I contacted my moderators and informed users of system upgrades. At present I email all the members letting them know the site was down for upgrades and I would notify them when it was completed. In version 9.6 I have know way of contacting my users. I already have a newsletter both for my e-commerce and my website. Having another program like that doesn't benefit me at all. What I need is a way in the forum to communicate to my members. NewsPad is also the Web Wiz Forums mass email module. It is much improved over the old mass email module in that it can send emails in batches (eg 50 every 60 minutes), you can also pause the sending at anytime and come back to it at a later time. One of the biggest improvements to it over the old mass email module is that it has the ability to member the last forum member it send to, so if your browser or server were to cash during the sending process it can start again where it left off. Statistics are also available to see who has read the email, and if you make the mailout public it also gives stats on who has read it online, and through RSS. Templates are also available, so you could create one template for forum members and another for your moderators.
