Some of our users are occasionally receiving this error when logging in to the site/forum

Support Error Code:- err mySQL get forum data
File Name:- default.asp

Error details:-
ADODB.Recordset
Operation is not allowed when the object is open.

Please.. can anybody help me to get this sorted?
