forget to note that this error come and go ....

and whan it come it stay for 10 minute avarge . and despere till next time ..

Coming randomly 2-3 times at day.

As far as I recall this was a bug in one of the older releases, but was fixed in a newer release. If you upgrade your forum it should fix the issue.

borg that not an option right now ... will do soon but atm 19k register ppl suffer from this error

I have just been back through the old code as looking at the line you have more closely I do not recognise it as any code that has ever been in Web Wiz Forums as have never used SplitString(1).

It would seem that this line of code is not an original line but something that you have added yourself, either through a 3rd party mod or a modification done by yourself.

ya its 3rd mod that i insert for active users in the topic
(show table with the users/guasts in the topic)

Couldnt find the erorr
can still help me out ?

You would need to contact the person who created the mod, as we are unable to help with 3rd party mods created by other people.

The reason for this is that our engineers would need to spend hours if not days setting up test installations in the lab with the 3rd party mod, and then test and debug the code written by others, which in many cases may not up to the same standards as our own code and do not use the same commenting, camel captilisation, naming conversions, etc,
