I use Persits Upload 2.1 as an upload component and get the:
Request.BinaryRead failed

It's not because permissions! Could it be that webwiz-code calls request before it tries to save?

I've also seen some topic about it could be becase savevirtual is disabled. Can anyone point to where i enable savevirtual then?

I doubt save virtual is disabled, some hosts will disable the save to memory to prevent excess amounts of memory being used as AspUpload can upload files upto 2Gig in size, just imagine that being uploaded to memory!

This is why Web Wiz Forums uses SaveVirtual to save the upload to disk not memory.

This error can occur if you are suing an old server which has not be updated. If you are updating the server you should also update AspUpload as version 3 is a free upgrade for version 2 users.
