The Web Wiz Client Area has been expended and redeveloped over the last couple of months to allow access to the same management and subscription features as Software Customers have.

The updated Client Area now allows Web Hosting and Domain Registration Customers to manage many aspects of their Accounts including;

Create Support Tickets
Mange Billing Payments and Service Renewals
Add New Features to Hosting Accounts
Check Live Network and Server Status
Register and Transfer Domain Names
Extend the Registration Period of Domain Names
Update Nameservers
Update Domain Contact Information
Create and Manage Domain Name Forwarding
Plus many other new and extended features
