For MS Access and MSSQL you can just do:

SQL="select top 10 * from tblAuthor ORDER BY No_of_posts desc"


For MySQL you can do this:

SQL="select * from tblAuthor ORDER BY No_of_posts desc limit 0,10"



10 being the number of users you wish to display. Though if you are displaying them in forum pages (eg ones that include "common.asp") then you do not need to connect to the database and can just use adoCon and rsCommon
