Does anyone know what the settings are to send an email form using SMTP, hosted with Webwiz.

I know there are a few examples on the WebWiz site for email forms but not SMTP.

I've not used it but I can ping smtp.webwiz.net so I am guessing you can use that.

Will be default port of 25.

The correct settings to send emails from your web site are found in the hosting support section of the Web Wiz Guide site.

To send from an email client such as Outlook:-

http://www.webwiz.net/webhosting/support/pop_email_settings.asp - http://www.webwiz.net/webhosting/support/pop_email_settings.asp

To send from web forms, on your web site:-

http://www.webwiz.net/webhosting/support/sending_web_form_mail.asp - http://www.webwiz.net/webhosting/support/sending_web_form_mail.asp

If you are creating contact us forms, you should also look at implementing some type of CAPTCHA security image to prevent abuse by spam bots.
