I have a forms program on my website (hosted by someone else)...As administrator, I can retrieve the form, and then click to archive. It has worked great for 2 years, but today I receive the following error when trying to archive:

Too few parameters. Expected 1

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E10)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too few parameters. Expected 1.
This error occurs only with Microsoft Access when one of the field names used in a select statement does not exist in the table being queried.

BUT what is strange is that this does not happen on all computers. It has happened on my desktop and my notebook, but my web hosting company tested and could archive...and I also tested on another desktop and was able to archive.

SO, the problem probably isn't with the website itself, or could it be?

The fact that it has worked fine for 2 years and that some users can use it and others not points to either an issue on the web server or the Access database has become corrupted.

The first thing to try is download the Access database, open it in MS Access and use the 'Compact and Repair' tool to fix the database, then reupload to your web space.

If this doesn't fix the issue, ask your web host to recycle the application pool your site is in. This is almost the same as rebooting the server, but doesn't course any downtime, and should then reload in any database drivers being used for your site, which may fix the issue.
