Hi,
Is there anyway that you can customise the forums logos on the front page?
For instance we want to have a forum called "News & Views" with a picture of a newspaper? So rather than the image of "Forum with with sub forum(s)"

TIA
Anthony

login as an admin and got to your forum cp usually located at: [forumurl]/admin.asp

There you will find lots of options to configure including the logo image

he doesnt mean the Forum Logo, he means having individual icons for each forum.

To answer your question, no this is not part of the forum and is not as simple to implement.

If your familiar with ASP you would be able to add it by adding a field to the tblForum table and then calling it on the default.asp page and placing it in the relevant spot.

If you are familiar with ASP and need further assistant let me know

hi Scotty32 ,
Yes that's exactly what I was trying to achieve.
I would be interested in knowing more about the ASP modification.

cheers

How many forums do you have?

As you could possibly do it by editing the "/includes/forum_status_icons_inc.asp" and doing a

select intForumID
case 1
   Forum 1 image
case 2
   Forum 2 image
*and so on*
end select

This would be the quickest, easiest and simplest way i can see of archiving what you want.

If your not familar with ASP i can send you a template file for you to fill in the image locations.
