I still have the problem that it's often impossible for both users and admin to log in. When logging in the page refreshes and acts like ur logged in - but you're not!

Prob desc in this thread: http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=2399&PN=4 - http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=2399&PN=4

Has anybody solved this??

Regards,

NOT THIS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a cookie problem, browsers have problems with cookies if you don't connect directly to a site. Thigs like IP masking, domain forwarding, URL masking, etc. will all prevent web browsers from correctly reading back in cookies.

The reason for this is that for security cookies can only be read back in by the site that set them, when masking IP address, using frames, etc. web browsers often can not correctly associate the cookie with the site.

Right I said it again for the 100th time

Please read through other posts first.

The login procedure and cookies are exactly the same as in version 6, nothing has really changed in the code.

Make sure your browser has not corrupted it's cookie index (very common in IE). To reset it you need to delete all cached internet files, then delete all cookies.
