Is there a tool to automate the moving of my SQL Server database to a MySQL database?

This is something which is NOT recommended as you are downgrading.

SQL Server and mySQL are very different databases for this reason the mySQL version has a very different database schema to the SQL Server version.

There are migration tools available to move a SQL Server database to mySQL, but most take a stab in the dark at what the mySQL database schema would be, so you would very likly end up with an unstable database which may course problems.
