Is this possible using your tool - can I import user names and passwords to a specific forum only?

You can.
You would need to import these members into a specific group, then only grant this group permission to access the forum.

I assume I need to upload my mdb file to fcpcforums.ca prior to using the Import tool?

If it is an Access database then yes you would need to as Access can not be connected to remotly

If this is a forum hosted on Web Wiz systems then you should raise a support ticket through your Client Area account.

Thank you - the db has been uploaded but I'm still no further along. The admin pages are rather confusing I'm afraid - I have trued to restrict access to the IT Share Group forum, remove public access, etc, etc.
Can you please help?

As this is hosted on our systems you should raise a support ticket rather than deal with this on an open forum as we would need to request passwords and other sensitive information to have this setup for you.
