Hi I have an ASP.net application which uses HTTP API to login and create members the HTTP API has problems with the users who has non latin usernames, just wanted to know if it is known issue and do you have any idea how to fix this?

Sounds like a character encoding issue.

Make sure that when you pass the data to the forum that it is submitted using the UTF-8 encoding, or if you have changed the forums default UTF-8 encoding to something different that you submit the data to the HTTP API in that encoding.
