Hi Everyone, I am thinking of writing a mod to have a top level RSS feed only and thought I would just see if someone had already done this. I would like to have just the top level subjects in an RSS feed, enabling people to see that last 10 (or so) topics that have been contributed to rather than the last 10 posts. If this has not been done I will work on one, if it has I will use the mod :)

isav, The easiest way to accomplish what you are after is to copy and rename "RSS_topic_feed.asp" and edit the way the tables are joined. It really shouldn't be more than a few lines to make it "Latest Posts" to "Latest Topics". Happy coding :) ------------- http://www.iportalx.net" rel="nofollow">

All done,
If anyone is interested it can be downloaded from:

It will work in the same way as all of the other RSS feeds but will display the last 10 topics rather than the last postings into the last topics.
I have only tested it on Access, I will do one for MySQL & MS SqlServer if anyone needs it.
