Hi I recently downloaded Web Wizard Forum host and got it synched with MySQL database very easily, but I can't seem to create a topic post. When I go to create the message the text box is not there. Any help with this would be great! Thanks.

Abnormal errors like this are usually the result of a corrupted file in the FTP process.

Try reuploading the original files again to the web server.

I FIGURED IT OUT! And I thought I would share this with you since it will definately be coming up much more. Apparently Windows Vista users running IE 7+ have some sort of security issue that does not enable WYSIWYG post editor? Sorry I don't know a whole lot about this. But all I had to do was go into my profile settings in the forum and adjust the some settings. Thanks Again.

I expect he just disabled the WYSIWYG Editor from his forum profile, but there should be away to resolve this.

If you have a link to your forum should be able to tell be looking at it what the issue is, as have never had to change any of the default IE 7 settings on any of the Vista PC's and laptops that I have to get the WYSIWYG Editor to work in the 16 months I've been using it.

please check out http://www.cooldls.com/forum
try to post a new topic, you will notice that message editor is missing. i found this problem when accessing with other machines also. when i hide WYSIWYG editor it works fine with basic functionality editor. Thanks

I can see the problem, you are using a free web host.

Web Wiz Forums will not work with free web hosts as the ads injected into your pages by your web host prevent many of the features from working.

You need to use a paid web host to run Web Wiz Forums, and if you want to use the Premium Edition you wouldn't be able to use GoDaddy.

oh! ok.. thanks a lot.
If i buy premium edition with web wiz and paid webhosting with godaddy also doesn't resolve the problem right..So i need to change the hosting provider?
