SQL Server 2000
Database: WWF

I accidentally deleted the folder where the database reside after taking down the SQL server. The database in Enterprise Manager appears as: db_name (Suspect)

I used a program to retreive the deleted files... I was able to retreive the .MDF file, but not the LDF.

Is there a way to restore the DB from an MDF file or am I screwed?

You can attach the MDF file, the LDF will be re-created. Just right click databases, not sure if you can do that via GUI in 2000 but there is a sproc that you can use.
basically delete the db you have in enterprise manager right now, attach the new one using the sproc and you should be good to go.
