Can you create an "Import Subscribers from Web Wiz Forums" because I realise then members who update their profile in the Forum to sign up for the Mailing List are not captured in the Newspad at all.

Please advise if there's another way of updating Newspad with emails from the Forum with a Yes to subscribe to the mailing list...?

Forum users who subscribe to receive newsletters are not added to the NewsPad database as they do not need to.

When you send your newsletter you can select which Web Wiz Forums groups you want to send the Newsletter to. NewsPad then reads these subscriber details directly from the Web Wiz Forums database.

hi patrick, did you try to send the webwiz group members? can you send the email to the selected groups?
I setup the DB integration but when i choose the group i only see the newspad subscriber member count on the screen. I see 0 (zero) for the webwiz forum members. and newspad only sends the newsletter to the own subscribers.

any suggestion?

thanks

I have enabled this setting to "Yes"  but newspad stil does not get the group members.
I can only see the group member categories of the webwiz on newspad.

thanks

Has any of the group members subscribed after you installed newspad? Otherwise it may be the fact that they need to subscribe after you added newspad

This works well since prior to Web Wiz NewsPad, we were using a forum area that allowed no replies as a newsletter forum, then made it easy to subscribe to it by providing relabeled watch and unwatch links.
