Hi plz guide me how to make a web forum in PHP or the code of web forum is available on internet for download and edit then use as for your needs.

You are asking on the wrong web site for this type of thing.

This forum is for our own forum software, Web Wiz Forums which has been written and developed over the last 8 years.

Unless you have a couple of years of 40 to 50 hours a week spare time I would suggest that you download and use our forum software.
