I have modify the file setup_options_inc.asp with the
Const strPageEncoding = "iso-8859-1" instruction, but the insert of a new topic/text no give the italian special characters with the accent.
I have also tried the latin encoding windows-1252 to insert:
'Latin alphabet Windows
Const strPageEncoding = "windows-1252" but it does not work and the accent letters do not appear! Where can I setting this option?

OK...  I have solving with the insert of iso-8859-2 (central Europe).
