Greetings,

I've created a couple of new users (I've blocked creation of new users and all users must be created by the admin - me) and set their forum group setting (groupie or senior poster). However there are 2 users that keep having their forum group re-set to "Newbie". I've manually set it up again but everytime they finish posting something, and log out, they reset back to newbie.

Anyone see this so far?

If the group you are moving them to is part of the ladder system and they do not have enough posts to be in that group then when they post they are moved to the group in the ladder system they should be in for the amount of posts they have.

OK that makes sense. I'll try creating a new group thats not part of the ladder system and see if it works out. Thank you for pointing me in the right way.

I was pretty confused seeing as how I was in the Admin group (non-ladder group).
