I do hope that I am not posting a duplicate problem.  I did search the forum but I was unable to find anyone else having this problem.  I am trying to run the newest version of the access 2002 forum.  Here are the specs of my web server:

Win2K Server (fully patched)
IIS 5
MDAC 2.7 SP1

When you goto the web address for the forum it just sits in limpo.  The status bar just moves really slowly and never gives you a real error message.  Here is the address to the forum: http://www.scootercutters.com - http://www.scootercutters.com .  Any help on this would be greatly appriciated.  If there are any other details that are needed I will respond promptly with them.

TY Mabuti

Hmmm...Normally, you would get an error message for this but does the IUSR account have read access to the directory and files?

Yes the IUSER account has access to all of the files and directories.  Any other ideas?

All I got was server errors about application restarting giving the impresion that IIS has become corrupted and that there is problems with running asp on the server.

You may need to reinstall IIS again, and check that ASP is enabled and that you have the latest database drivers installed.

ASP is installed and I am able to run a asp page on http://test.scootercutters.com - http://test.scootercutters.com .  That seems to work fine with a database and all.  Any other ideas? (btw I changed the web address of my problem child to  http://www.scootercutters.com - http://www.scootercutters.com )
