hi,

when i set my gmail account to receive notifications from the forum, i receive a clickable link that takes me back to the post.
but when i set my office email account (Outlook XP with exchange) to receive notifications, i receive non clickable links and i have to copy and paste the link to the address bar.

any ideas on how to fix it?
i received a lot of users complains about it.

This sounds more like a security feature of Outlook striping the HTML link incase it is a phishing scam.

If this is the case then the only answer would be to have your user relax the security setting on Outlook, which may not always be advisable if they are not net savy and are aware of what to lookout for when it comes to phising scams.
