I installed Version 9.08 on my server and was working perfectly.. I took it off about 3 weeks ago and I got the 9.5 version.. to test it I tried to put it back on my server and it is giving me this error code.. I tried to put the older version back on there and it is still giving me the same error code.. My server is through Startlogic... I havent had problems before and now I have them.. any Advise would help

The 403.1 error is an execute error meaning that there is not correct permissions for your web site to execute scripts.

Make sure that ASP is enabled in IIS and working on the server. If you use a web hosting company you will need to contact them.
