This mod gives better integration with Windows. It will update a user's forum details based on the infomation in AD. It also eliminates the issue caused by change of NT logon name (SAMaccountName), whereby a new account would be created due to the name change.
Please create a new topic in the http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_topics.asp?FID=25 - Web Wiz Forums 9.x Modifications  area if you have any problems or questions. Remember to backup your database before installing this MOD!
There is also a full Step-By-Step installation guide (also include in the ZIP) for both Integrated Authentication and Active Directory Integration available here: http://forums.webwiz.net/uploads/24799/Installing_Web_Wiz_Forums_within_an_Active_Directory_Domain.zip - Installing_Web_Wiz_Forums_within_an_Active_Directory_Domain.zip

I installed mod to ver. 9.5 and it working nicely, except one thing, under user name (real name) from AD it can't convert locale characters, but mod shows some squares instead of real letters... ???

(Everything else on the forum shows locales correctly..)
