I am using MSSQL version , may i convert database to mysql?
if i export table content to csv file,may i import to mysql database?

Yes, you can do this with MySQL Migration tool. You can find it on site http://www.mysql.com - www.mysql.com - there have a free and paid version. I've tryed both and i say - you can expect some problems - not so big - but problems! Reffer to documentaion for details

I would not recommend down grading your database from SQL Server to mySQL.
SQL Server is by far the better database and often migrating to mySQL will result in an unstable database as SQL Server is a Relational Database Management system, mySQL is not so the database schema is setup very different when the database is initially created.
mySQL is a very good database when used with PHP, but with ASP and ASP.NET you have to go through the myODBC driver which is very buggy and courses no end of issues.
Most web hosts like ourselves give you SQL Server databases for free with your hosting package, if you run the server yourself then you can use the free SQL Server Express. So there is no reason to downgrade to mySQL.
