Several of my users are getting the captcha message about having failed 3 logins, every time they log in now. Is there a way to reset their accounts so they don't get this anymore (until the next time they fail 3 times)?

There was an bug in a version released last September that didn't reset the failed login count, this was fixed with a new release within around 4 weeks.

Try updating the forum software to the latest release and next time they login it will reset the failed login count.
