I have developed an application in ASP.Net (C# to be precise),i want to test it using the development server to see how it looks on another machine on the same network.How do i configure the development server (ASP.NET development server) to facilitate this?,or if i have installed IIS,how do i configure it to work with my application to facilitate access from another machine?Please Help on this...

The development server uses a random port but in the settings (project settings) you can tell it to use certain ports.

Basically all you need to do to get your site up on another machine is enter the same URL as in http://devservername:xxxx/blah

Copy the project in the development server. If IIS is installed then follow the following steps.
Type inetmgr.exe in Run
Expand the websites and right click Default WebSites and go to New and select virtual directory.
Follow the instruction as shown.
