Is there any instrument that can help to convert(migrate etc) from version on Access to version on SQL ? Of coarse with all messages, topics, users and so on.

Microsoft Access has an Upsize Tool which can upsize your database from Access to SQL Server.

The Upsize Tool in MS Access 2007 works really well and we often use it ourselves to upsize Web Wiz Forums Access databases to SQL Server.
