This is going to sound stupid, or at least it does to me considering I'm an experienced server admin, but my company's logo just will not display on the forum at all.
I have tried locating it in multiple directories. I've tried web based logos that I host on other servers. I've tried .png, .jpg, .gif, .tif...
I use this logo on every other web based and computer based service I provide and I just don't understand why it won't work here!
Any thoughts?

have you tried placing it within the "forum_images" folder and then linking to it like so:
if you view the source you will be able to see the location of where its trying to load the image from, see if you've entered it incorrectly

I did exactly that. I even tried deleting the default image and naming my logo the exact same name in the exact same location with no results. I'm starting to feel as if I have literally exhausted every option.
I don't know why, but having the company's logo on all of our sites is very important to me and I'm kind of bummed that this won't work. Otherwise this app is fantastic!

To change the logo/banner at the top of Web Wiz Forums to your own then go to the skins page within the admin area and where indicated type in the path to your own websites logo or banner image. This will then be displayed at the top of your forum pages.
To remove the Web Wiz logo and links from the bottom of the pages you need to purchase a brand-free licenses for the software.
