Even tho I am a networking person and anything MS i touch in detail is their ISA server product only however these days I have to take up some work on exchange 2007 and I am surprised to see how many depressing and sleepless nights this one rubbish piece of software can cause. Thats why even though we have Exchange we don't use it. Instead use SmarterMail for the mail servers. Which SmarterMail now plug as a viable auternative to Exchange server. It's simpler to setup and manage with SMTP, POP, and IMAP support. well not all customers are smart enough to think outside the M$ ingenuity shield created around them neither they like to take our suggestion serious. For them M$ is the holy grail of IT. One of the customer insist I installed his exchange without windows 2003 sp2 which he supposedly does not like because it breaks his dell server (bsod) however SP2 is a prerequisite to installing exchange 07.

LOL - talking about piece of crap software....
