I am using Free (MSSQL Based) Forum application. I am Admin and has successfully setup the forum app.

Question is, if a member has forgotten his password, how do I reset his password.

I don't see any link like "Forgot password" or reset password, if a user enters wrong password.

If you have email notification enabled then the user will see a forgotten password link on the login page next to the password textbox.

As the admin you can reset the users password by editing the users profile either through the forum frontend by clicking the edit button at the bottom of the users profile page, or through the Forum Members page in the admin area.
