I want to create an open and closed forum at the same time, so closed section would be entirely for members-only and the open section would be for anyone who wishes to post. How should I do this?

If you want to run Apache then you should use a Linux server and need to look for a forum written in PHP.

If you wish to run our forum software, Web Wiz Forums then you need to have a Windows IIS web server with ASP enabled.
