I am having a problem with email notifications. If someone has subscribed to a thread, and their email address is invalid, when someone replied to the thread, they get this message, but the post does update. I have switched off email notification in the mean time, but would like to fix this issue.

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while sending an email.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_send_mail_footer
File Name:- functions_send_mail.asp

Error details:-

The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 501 5.5.4 Invalid Address

What email component are you using?

Also have you tried updating the latest release as a bug like this was recently fixed.

Thanks I am using CDO sys and version 9.51. Ill download 9.53 and try it.
