How can I deactivate scrolling hot topics bar? Or how can I make the only an important topic stay in the head of scrolling (marquee) bar?

What is this "scrolling hot topics bar"?

Are you referring to Web Wiz Forum?
- If so, Web Wiz Forum does not have this feature.
- If so, you must be referring to a Modification - in which case you should connect the author of the mod.

If not, what software are you using?

It is extremely difficult to suggest how to remove them if we dont know what it is you are using.
