I'm not sure they even know what their question is putz looking at the forum LOL
The fact that they did their first post on 29th April 2008 would suggest that this is a just a hoax and that they have not mastered much more than a basic alphabet

My guess -
They are saying they installed the forum on their server and it's not allowing new posts.

I also suspect their server date is incorrect..............

It looks like they are using a free web host that injects adds into the pages. This is why the forum is not working.
