We want to operate 3 different forums on one web server. One for our company use and two for personal use. And these need to be totally isolated, not as multiple topics. Is that considered 3 licenses or 1 license (because its on 1 server).

I think you will find that it comes under a single licence per forum software in that case, since you would be running 3 different individual forums

And by my understanding a single licence covers you for one active installation and a test installation. You would do better to request however a price direct from Web Wiz by http://www.webwiz.net/contact/contact_sales.asp - contacting them
