Hello, doing my first install (9.54 - SQL 2005 version)

Everything is smooth for configuration - I am really liking the system.

Testing new member signup -

I enter in new user signup info. When I submit, i get error page:

Only members with sufficient permission can access this page. Security error occured with authentication.

I am doing Administration Member Activiation ON to help reduce spammers. Email notification of member ship is OFF.

Any ideas? THANKS

If you are doing this Manually.. you are going to have to be signed into the Admin Section of the Forums..

I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong - the test machine I was used had cookies disabled - and that blocked out the signup.
