I have some IPs entered into the "IP Blocking" table. One of them is 119.117.*.*. This morning, I had some spam messages entered by a new user from 119.117.220.85. They seem to have slipped-through. Is there a setting somewhere that I have to set that actually blocks the IPs in the table, or did they somehow spoof their way through? I just added "119.112-119.*.*" to take-care of the whole subnet, but they shouldn't have been able to access the forum. I'm running v9.54 for MS SQL

Nether what you entered would work for IP blocking. To block the 119.117.0.0 to 119.117.255.255 range you would use:-

119.117.*

Just a single star on the end.

To do the subnet 119.112-119.*.* as you put it you would need to enter the following:-

119.112.*
119.113.*
119.114.*
119.115.*
119.116.*
119.117.*
119.118.*
119.119.*
