Putz you need to read what people are asking instead of giving them some random link and telling them to donate for something he was not asking for. How did you become a moderator anyways?

numanme, Web Wiz Forum does not have any PayPal BB code support. Feel free to suggest this in the Suggestions forum or make a request in the Modifications forum. If someone does not help you, feel free to PM me.

Man that would be COOL as we do have a "for sale" section and folks could put up their ad for their car or car parts with a button........ HOWEVER, if it's a one of a kind item, that person could collect a lot of money before they found he'd already sold the part!

You could also hit all sorts of legal issues if you allowed people to post PayPal payment buttons in your forum.

If someone turned out to be dodgy and didn't do what they were paid for you could be liable and have to pay back the money from your own pocket.

I can't say that I've been posting a paypal 'button' in BBcode...but...I have posted and sold in forums with a click here to buy direct to the paypal checkout.

At one time paypal used to create an email link when making a button.  In a forum you can simply put a 'click here to purchase' and make it a link to the paypal email link.  You can also make a clickable photo(if you host it on your own), ie the paypal button and put the email link behind the photo.

I haven't done it in a while but if I remember correctly...last time I went to do that paypal  didn't create a link for email.  Someone would have to dbl check on that one.

Email links are still available...although the bbcode in this particular forum is different from what I've used in the past....you can create a clickable link to paypal checkout.

If you'd like to test it and donate to the cause...lol...(saw the comment above)

I'll at least send you come chocolate from Europe... Thumbs Up

As for customizing pricing you'd have to create individual links for different pricing because they are secure links.

Also here is a link to a good explanation of what I tried to describe above...
