The old mass email option simply sent out emails in a loop. This often failed to work and was also illegal under most anti-spam laws.

Instead our NewsPad software was developed to integrate with Web Wiz Forums. The NewsPad software can send eNewsletters to any of your Web Wiz Forums members who subscribe to receiving newsletters. It also sends in batchs and if an issue were to occur during the sending it remembers the last person the eNewsletter was sent to.

Yah, hi Bruce.  We're now up to 3,000 members and I would very much like to use the Newspad and Newsletter. In fact, our members are requesting for us to do a Newsletter, However I'm afraid that AOL will ban our server if we're not "white listed".  Does the Newspad feature get around the spamming problems recognized by AOL?  I know your system works good and that the problem is with AOL.

Thanks for any help,

Albert / Ryan

Getting your mail server 'whitelisted' is something that you need to do yourself.

You need to contact companies like Yahoo, AOL, etc. and request them to whitelist your mail server.

However, with AOL I would suggest that you ask your forum member to use alternative email address as AOL don't like anyone emailing their customers.
