In the documentation, sub 8 there is a URL mentioned:

http://www.webwiz.net/msSQL_server_setup.asp" rel="no follow - www.webwiz.net/msSQL_server_setup.asp

when I enter that URL I get 404 / page not found.

You have to enter that on your own website.

For example say your website is "www.site.com" and your forum is posted in the "forum" folder you would enter:

www.site.com/forum/msSQL_server_setup.asp

Also, which database are you using? MSSQL or MySQL?
