figured it out... need to copy the following into the Adobe Flash movie insert dialog box.

I assume what he means is, encase the link he provided (to the .swf file) in the [FLASH][/FLASH] tags.
Basically, you follow my tutorial on http://www.s2h.co.uk/wwf/tips/add-content/add-youtube-videos.asp" rel="no follow - how to add YouTube Videos for Version 8, but replace the Youtube link for the Vuvox one. This can be used for any flash video that is simply a link and doesnt need other parameters with it (some flash videos have extra fields of information to pass information to the flash file.)
Note: As well as the link you need to enter the height/width variables to the flash tag, see my tutorial above for more info.

Thanks Scotty - I have embedded flash before, but on this ocassion, I had tried the wrong link and missed the sizes
