Is there a way of forcing all memebers to receive forum notifications upon a change being made on the forums without members having to do this.

before you all say that will generate lots of emails... if this is of course is possible this is closed community forum max 70 users and is being used to update on events and such like.

You wound need to go through editing the subscriptions for each and every member.

This would also be illegal in most countries where anti-spam laws do not allow you to force subscriptions like this on people and they have to opt-in themselves to receiving such communication.
