I got this PM from one of my users. Any idea what is wrong?

My file manager is non existent. I have nothing there, and can't even upload any pics. Please see if that has been turned off, and correct if necessary. Thanks

Make sure that the group they are in is enabled for file and/or image uploading in the forum admin area.

If they are in a group that you don't want to allow to upload, then move the user to a group that is allowed to upload.
